Okay...don't laugh at this one, but it's just a thought I'm throwing out here. What's your take on making a modern-day version of the song "Go Sox" based on the original one from Pell Mell. That's one of the songs featured on the Community page under the heading, "Sounds of the Sox."

Hey...if the Cubs can play that "Hey, Hey...Holy Mackeral" song to death, then why not have something that get the Sox fans' toes-a-tappin'? Besides, that "Go Sox" tune has a catchy beat to it. Anyone with some recording studio experience who knows how to put something like this together?

"Na, Na, Hey, Hey Goodbye" is a staple in Sox history. There's no doubt about that. However, I'm thinking this "Go Sox" tune can also accomodate Sox fans if it's done right. I like the original verison of this song, but if there's any way it can be redone with a modern sound to it, I'm sure it might sound decent.
