I know it's a little early for this, but this might be fun to look back on later in the season. :D:
After 17 games, who would be your team MVP?

this is a good thread, uggly. i almost did this myself. i have to not want to pick any of your choices though, but i will and then include my own. i would have to pic loiza from your list. he was the first pitcher to win for us and had stepped up big with d.wright hurt. my personal pic would be frank for consistantly getting on base when all the other hitters have been up and down during the season so far.

I vote Jiminez, but you could make a case for any of those guys - and that bodes well for this teams chemistry.

It's pretty scary that guys like Frank, Konerko, Lee, Crede & Koch aren't on the list. All 5 of them could be the front runners by the end of the year (hopefully sooner). That says alot about the team depth the Sox have (through 17 games anyway). Me likey! :D:

loaiza, pitched an excellent game after losing the first 3 in KC on a cold opening day and continued to do well in his next 2 outings

Loiaza can't win unless his team puts up runs..and thus far D'Angelo Jiminez has been doing that better than anyone else. Jiminez gets my vote.

ITS a tough choice but with 3 or 4 pitchers pitching well i have to go with the guy setting the table:D'Angelo Jimenez :)
