What does anyone know about Matt Guerrir?

He was a reliever last year and converted to a starter. He hasn't been dominating or overwhelming at AAA, but played well at AA. He keeps his walk WAY down and is effective, but not overpowering. He would likely project as a middle reliever in the majors, not a starter, though, in the Sox' organization...
