Defenders of Jerry Manuel claim that the losing is not his fault because he is not out there making errors, throwing gopher balls to the opposition, or leaving men on base. That is very true in a literal sense, but...

...it is my contention that at least half of those errors, gopher balls, and LOB's occur because our team does not care. Guys, Jerry Manuel is baseball's answer to Dick Jauron. And like Jauron, Manuel lacks the motivational skill to inspire this team. The lack of motivation I believe is a significant contributing factor to the errors, gopher balls, and LOB's. It is not the one only factor, mind you, but it is a prominent one.

Think Tampa Bay will give us Lou Pinella for Aaron Rowand?

What ever happened to that "boot camp" that Uncle Jerry promised last August?

Uncle Jerry is an idiot. How much better would Chicago sports be without these 'Jerry's'? The fat one finally retired. Now if the sox can jsut get rid of Manuel and Reinsdorf maybe things wouldn't be so f***** up around here.
