Jon "The Marshmallow" Garland strikes again, so far. Can he ever have a 1-2-3 inning?

Good to see Paulie connecting for a longball, though.

Hopefully that was what Paulie needed.

Is it just me or is the strike zone real small tonight?

I think it has gotten to the point where of all our starters, Garland is the least one I want to see.

To steal from Jerry Seinfeld, Garland is a bimbo, a male bimbo, a mimbo.

Yep. This guy has been bad for both pitchers.

Jimenez still looking good - on base both times up so far.

All right, some solid wood from Frank for once...

Now, can Maggs complete the trifecta?

Crap! Jimenez with the piano on his back...

Being aggressive on the bases will pay off sooner or later, won't it?

OOOhhhhhhhh, got away with one. This guy's got a great move.

It seems like he is getting away with balking. Anyone else getting frustrated with Garland? That kid needs to grow a pair, he always seems so scared (of what I don't know) on the bump.

I'd really like to see them get back into this game while Garland's on the hill. He's a confidence guy, and I think a win would do him a world of good. 6IP 4ER and a W -- that would be enough to get him on track.

Yeah, a little bit. It is pretty cold out though.

That's why the small strike zone is surprising to me. I was guessing the ump would call anything close to get out of there as quick as possible.

We wouldn't have to worry about him being safe or out because if Olivo was in there instead of this bum Josh paul he would have more than likely been out at 3rd. Nice of Manuel to get about two words in to the ump. I"m shocked he even came out. Damn i'm pissed!!!!!!!!
