In fact all of the main Trib sports reporters picked the Sox to make the playoffs except for Mike "The Sox Fan" Downey...

It's a popup picture box, so I can't provide a link, but you can go here (http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sports/baseball/whitesox/) and then click on "AL: Trib Writers Picks" on to the right of center...

i think this is just from the local writers. we're getting very very little respect nationally from what i've been able to tell.
