Pretty damn impressive lineup today, pretty much the exact opposite of yesterday's AAA pitching staff.

The White Sox lead 2-0 now, after back-to-back doubles (I think) by Maggs and Konerko in the first inning with two outs. And in the second inning, Borchard leads off with a triple high of the CF fence (which according to Farmer and Rooney would have been gone at Comiskey...err, I mean U.S. Cellular Field), followed by Alomar's late swing base hit to RF.

Triple by Nunez which drove home Alomar... 3-0 now

Ahhh, White Sox baseball back to normal, man at 3rd with NOBODY out and they strand him...

Double by Maggs, moves to third on a shallow fly caught by an infileder and thrown out at home on Lee's grounder. Lee moved to second on the throw.
The third inning, still 3-0...Bart doing pretty good in two innings so far with 2 K's...

Pauly showing some defense in the bottom of the 3rd! Woo hoo!
Well, Colon and Buehrle are ready. Nice to hear that Colon works at a good pace and has a nice pick-off move (according to Rooney). Daubach is solid thus far.

Missed out on the rest of the action, but caught the bottom of the ninth, where Koch proceeded to strike out the last two batters he faced...Buerhle pitched 3 (?) innings of shutout ball with a strike out in each inning...(Please someone correct me if I'm wrong since I am trying to put together a memo. while listening to the game for my law class)
That's a White Sox Winner!!! 3-2, the final score!
Champ out to celebrate...well, not really, but I would if I could...

From what I gathered from listening to the first 3 innings on the radio LTP had another monster hit to center that ended up as a triple, question, what kind of numbers does LTP and rowand have to put up for LTP to be starting cf

At the SoxFest seminar, KW and Manuel said there's no way Borchard will be in the majors at the start of the season, but who knows if they might change their mind. It's good to see Joe put up the nice spring numbers, but I agree that he should get more experience in the minors.

Rather then worry about Borchard, be more concerned about the awful situational hitting today and ANOTHER dumb base running mistake (2nd this weekend)
Nothing changes for the Sox fundamentally does it?
