Nice article, the place is already pretty darn fan friendly though. You can't walk 20 feet without seeing food/beer or washrooms. I guess it couldn't hurt to be more friendly.

This article you posted offers a good perspective of the ballpark. I hope "The Cell" turns out to be a nice ballpark once this renovation is all done. The place as it is now isn't as bad as it's made out to be, however...it could use some serious improvements. And I for one am glad Jerry Reinsdorf made a deal happen to do just that.

But for the most part, there is nothing wrong with it.
See it's a fine place! I just think some people still hate baseball here in Chicago from the strike in '94. Before the strike we were having the outbreak of complaints we're getting now.

I like the idea of the commercials with the guy who climbed everest. It would at least be funny.

I found the article to be a bit disappointing. Probably a decent read for someone outside of Chicago or not familiar with the history of New Comiskey or the team in the past decade. There wasn't any new information or perspective for a Sox fan even remotely educated on the situation, though.
