Kenny "cameo" Williams

I go to school in Arizona, so I can't hear the score. But when I am home, I love to listen to Johnathan Hood. Anyway, he calls Kenny Williams "cameo". I have no idea what it means. I think it is because he looks like someone on some old TV show. Does anyone know why? The guy is hilarious.

Cameo was a R&B, Hip Hop star in the mid 80's. KW does kind of look like him.

Cameo was a band, not an individual. Black guys all with a similar 'stache as KW.
