Just noticed the Hall of Fame ballot for the veterans committee

Nice to see our very own Minnie Minoso, Dick Allen and Ted Kluszewski make the final cut, along with that rummy of a third baseman we had for a year after he played for the sCrUBS.
The one that got to me was among the executives -- Phil Wrigley. I'd think if any Wrigley deserved enshrinement, it would be his father, who at least had winning teams. Am I the only one who thinks Phil is about as UN-Hall of Fame-ish as you can get?

It's a real shame Marvin Miller isn't in the Hall yet. Same goes for Minnie Minoso.

I hang my head in shame. I just looked again at the executives ballot, and just noticed Paul Richards among the managers on the ballot.
