Winter Meetings

I'm kind of confused, in an article I read from Peter Gammons, he said the winter meetings start on thursday, virtually everywhere else i have seen they are from December 13 to 16 which would mean they start on friday, is anybody sure when they start??

I've had that same problem. I saw he said Thursday, but everywhere else says Friday. Anyone know for sure?
