The New York Yankees cut ties with two relievers who contributed to their recent success, deciding not to offer salary arbitration to left-hander Mike Stanton and right-hander Ramiro Mendoza.


Mendoza would be an interesting option.....sort of the Rich Rich man's version of glover

Interestingly enough...Ron Coomer does get offered salary arbitration.....He must be some hell of a locker room presence
