Haven't heard of him before, but it seems that a lot of what he says offers plausable medical explanations of things people have known to be hard on the arm for years. Makes sense.

I have been helping out a 16 year old neighborhood kid that is being asked by his HS coach to make the switch from infeilder to pitcher, based on his natural arm strength,I guess I will contact the doc to find out more, cause I think this kid could have something to go far on as far as natural ability is concerned.

I had heard of him before, and a lot of it makes sense. I heard one of the pitchers at St. Mary's University severely hurt his arm using the program, and they've shied away from it.
