does anyone know exactly what is being done this offseason?? hawk didn't seem to have a clue what was going on in the upper deck. he seemed a little sour about not knowing also but thats a different story.

i always thought the plan to take seats out of the upper deck was far too expensive for the likes of our penny pinching owner. so what budget contractor did JR hire to do what to our upper deck?

This has been discussed quite extensively so far on this board and the general agreement is that no one is quite sure, but the best guess is that they are remaking the concourse like the remade the lower one last off season - brick facade opn the pillars, new sinage and new lighting. Anything more extensive will have to wait until they get money from naming rights.
