Upper Deck closed?

not sure if this has been discussed already, but I just got a call from White Sox ticket office saying my upper deck 3rd row seats for Twinkies 9/21 would have to be exchanged for outfield seats : :?: prior to the game at gate 4...

they said it was closed for construction...

what's up with this?
