I don't like his new hitting stance.
I doubt that's his problem, but I just thought the folks here would like to know that.

A lot going on in that stance-too much has to be in sync. Got a little Frank in him?

He has been tinkering- there's that word again- with his stance ever since May, when he injured his back against the Anaheim. He has been using a different stance since then. First, he tried crouching more, but I think that put too much pressure on his back. Then he tried to resume using his normal stance, and he struggled. Last month, he started using that open stance. It looked like it was working, but apparently it hasn't been effective of late.
Konerko hasn't been the same since the 'Break. Right now, it looks as though Thomas, Valentin, and Crede are the only ones swinging the bat well.

As wide open as Mags is, I don't see how he can get anything. He's got to be extremely vulnerable to the ouside corner.
