Looks like they might settle this in time, hope I'm wrong.


A day after criticizing players, baseball owners made a new economic proposal Sunday that moved toward the union in an effort to head off a strike later this week.

I highly doubt they will settle JM,the MLBPA knows this is a stall tactic.

As far as the Sox season goes, it seems more like September 25th instead of August 25. There's just nothing left to play for. Even if a strike is avoided, there's nothing to get excited about in September, except maybe for the development of Harris and Crede. Few prospects will be called up (maybe Olivo and Almonte).

me too. but i dont want him to over throw his shoulder after just having surgery last winter.
