Adding a "slotting" system like the NBA has would only make the problem worse, but that's the direction in which they're headed.

I suggested money wise. The article seemed to say money as well.

i wasn't really sure. it must be me and being tired.

however, i like having a fixed amount for the rookies. i wonder what happen to the players have to declare for the draft or not. just like the nba. any word on that anywhere?
