Bunting us part of the game. Why shouldn't they bunt? Lol. I wish we had more guys who could bunt.

He continues to act like a moron for a different team.

MLB should suspend garza for that. 5
Game suspension would be fair

Garza is a big jerk, always has been, always will be.

Maybe Garza should learn to field his position instead of running his mouth.

So when do garza and AJ start arguing if they haven't already

I doubt MLB has the authority to suspend a guy for being an utter dick. Hopefully, someone went upside his head, and he got the message.

Amusingly (depending on your sense of humor), Garza's Wikipedia entry now states that he claims to be skilled at "keeping his wife quiet".

Why not? Verbal abuse of a player's wife. Didn't MLB suspend Ozzie for some of his comments. If not MLB, then the Rangers should do themselves.

Garza is from a different generation than these new players coming up. He's still in diva mode while these young kids are in win at all costs mode.

There is an obvious reason in Garza's case of why he's on his 4th team in 7 years: he's a total *******. From his mound antics and facial expressions, to pretty much any time he opens his mouth.

Garza is 29. Sogard is 27.

I don't understand why teams aren't bunting on him every game.

Sometimes judging a book by its cover is a-ok. Garza looks and acts the part of an overgrown frat bro.

As others have already said, learn to field your position and people won't exploit the huge joke that your fielding has become. What a crybaby loser. Hopefully AJ knocks him on his a** before the end of the season.

I'm not sure AJ is the guy who should be presiding over Kangaroo Courts for poor defense.

Garza's reaction to the A's bunting was extreme and his response to Sogard's wife's innocuous comment excessive but, really, Sogard's wife should have stayed out of it and that goes for any athlete's wife, husband, parent, sibling, etc. Let these guys/girls deal with workplace issues on their own.

That's silly. People are allowed to have and express their opinion on any subject they want. This is completely on Garza. Act like an adult.

Simply because people are "allowed to have and express their opinion on any subject they want" doesn't necessarily mean they should. Outside the language used, I don't see any significant difference between Sogard's wife injecting herself into this situation and, by way of example, that of Guillen's kids injecting themselves into his situations; something that seemed to be universally panned. The point is its never necessary and almost always unhelpful. The availibility of easy means to broadcast one's private thoughts and feelings into the cybersphere seems overly tempting for far too many.

And, frankly, the lack of restraint to chime in unnecessarily on an already tense situation is no more "adult" than Garza's over the top reaction to it.
