We have a PTC winner! You don't get to play often, Hector, but even though the pitching stunk up the joint, you showed them what you could do.

Today's Totally Biased Game Recap (http://www.whitesoxinteractive.com/rwas/index.php?category=4&id=4410) tries to put an ironic face on the whole affair.

Better freshen that resumé, Donnie.

It's a sign of a fine recap that I can read after a loss and actually enjoy. Not to denigrate the other writers, I just don't normally enjoy rehashing my painful memories, but that was definitely unique.

I see your good luck from last year has caught up to you this year. Sox are going to have to turn that around eventually, right?

Thanks for the kind words. It's a good night if the comic doesn't get booed off the stage. Regarding my Saturday record: I suppose I'm regressing to the mean just like Nate Jones and Donnie Veal. The laws of statistics will not be mocked!

Well done, tebman! Thanks for making me laugh instead of cry.

That game passed in the late innings from exasperating to absurd, and I didn't know what else we could say. I follow Mark Twain's advice: "The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up."
