Three wins! That's an official streak, IMO!

Good to see Dunn with some confidence against a pitcher he owns. Nice job by Peavy hanging tough.

Very nice.

Worried about putting Reed in there 3 games in a row....you're just asking for it.

Bench showing some life..release Wise and find a real hitter in that spot.

That's what I am most excited about. Down multiple runs and we end up winning. Beautiful.

Need "good" Gavin to show up tomorrow. And some more offense would be nice too.

Dunn's found his stroke lately. Hopefully it's the start of something good for the rest of 2013.

Peavy was not at his best, and it's nice to see the (bench) offense put this one on their shoulders and carry it on out. I think the offense owes him a game or two.

Addison Reed, I love ya - but you're giving me gray hair.

And Dunn appears to be coming around a bit too...

Thank God for home runs is all I can say 'cause they sure can't seem to score any other way...now 21 for 123 on the season.

But a win is a win is a win and you take it gladly.

I don't know how the Sox didn't score in the second, and tonight's game really would have been easier if they had. Reed's shakiest outing of the year, but he gutted it out to pick up his third save in three days and second against the same team. Maybe the delay after the double didn't help, but if he had put away Molina with two stikes and one out, the Rays wouldn't have made the ninth so interesting. I expect Reed will have Saturday off even if the Sox take a close lead into the to of the ninth.

Dunn is having a good series. I hope he has turned a corner. He has actually swung the bat like a real No. 3 hitter these last two nights. A huge RBI single to get the Sox on the board after going down 3-0. Meanwhile, Peavy held the Rays as the Sox came back with home runs from the bench. Fortunately, the bullpen had enough in it tonight to hang on.

A good win when Sox pitchng wasn't on the top of its game.

Robin, for the love of God, do NOT pitch your closer three days in a row! And if he's still in there after 27 pitches and is down to 91 on his fastball, take him out!

I'm delighted that we held on but I had the worst feeling when Zobrist came up. But as Lip stated: A win is a win is a win.

I haven't been able to see any of Peavy's starts yet. What's his fastball sitting at?

I really like Conor Gillaspie in that lineup. He usually puts together solid at bats and appears to have just enough power to play 3B. Another long one tonight. Tough decision for Robin when Beckham comes back if Keppinger continues to hit like he has recently.

Those two guys homering are about as unlikely an event as when Ozzie and Grebeck went back to back off Ryan in 1990 at Comiskey Park! :D:

He's had terrific movement on his pitches all season.
