What would be the harm in extending a non-roster invite to Sizemore? We could certainly use the LH bat.

The Sox've already got enough LH bats on the bench that can play the outfield.

That's about all that I can think of.

Sure. Then invite Mark Prior to spring training too. Couldn't hurt.
