According to Mark Gonzales, Houston claimed Humber off waivers.

Maybe they'd non-tender him and sign him at a lower number. They need MLB-level arms. Could be another Lucas Harrell.

It's a decent pickup for the Astros, but they have massive rotation problems and should be alert for this type of opportunity. We don't have those problems.
