:shakehead:Rios was 3 for 4 tonight. His OPS for the last 14 days is .997. I'm amazed at how many posters have made comments about nobody on the Sox stepping up during the recent period; Rios has been as solid as can be.

You're right, and it's not fair to Rios. Though Konerko was the game's PTC choice for his solo homer, Rios has been doing what the rest of them should be doing: adjusting his swing, working the pitcher, and otherwise just being a smart hitter.

Losing four in a row in such a dispiriting way makes it too easy to forget how well Rios has done.
