That's it? Another catcher, no?

Hector Gimenez is already with the club, as Tyler Flowers is on paternity leave. I think I remember reading that Flowers will be back in a day or two.
That's it for now, anyway. I'd guess Axelrod could come back up.
Also, as Johnson was not on the 40-man roster, Gregory Infante was released to make room for him.
EDIT:
Flowers will re-join the team tomorrow:

Reliever Daniel Moskos was also outrighted to Charlotte:

Flowers' has a daughter, Mia Therese (and I have a 6-week old niece Maya):

Why not call up the fastest 2-3 guys in the minors to be late inning pinch runners for Dunn/PK/AJ, etc?

I believe Flowers is supposed to return today and that Axelrod is coming back up to start vs. the Twins on Monday.

The Knights are in the IL playoffs so I'd assume there will be more players to come whenever their season is over.

I would think there should be 2 guys for "designated pinch running" at AA or A. In late inning/1 run games- could make a difference.

You just can't bring up any player from any affiliate you want, the guys have to be on the Sox's 40-man roster which is currently at capacity now that Dan Johnson has been added.
I think between Danks, Wise, Olmedo, Lopez, and Hudson you have a nice bunch of guys who can be late-inning pinch runners
Septimo shoud be ready to come off the DL.

Correction: Santiago will start Monday vs. the Twins. Axelrod won't join the team until Tuesday:
