I don't know if any of you paid attention to the commercials on CSN the past couple days. But, Wimpy will be sitting in for Stone Pony on Monday and Tuesday in Tampa! I sure can't wait!

Woo-hoo! That makes two of us. I really enjoy listenting to Hawk and Wimpy. Glad that Tom Paciorek comes back periodically and sits in with Hawk - it's a real treat to listen to them whenever they get back together. :D:

Will Wimpy sit 25 feet away from Hawk in the booth too?

I don't see why people read so much into Steve and Hawk sitting so far apart. It's a big booth, use the space!

That being said, I can't wait to hear ol' Wimpy on the call with the Hawkeroo. I think the two of them still work well together, I just don't think the two of them can get along for more than a few days in a row.

Ohhhh noooooo! Not in the middle of a hot streak! :D:

"Oh wow, take a bow!"

Just kidding, it'll definitely be good to hear Wimpy again!

I like Stone a lot, but it's always good to hear the Hawk & Wimpy tandem again. :D:

We've already heard what happens when you team Farmer and Jackson. You sure you want that again?

To compare Stone to Farmer or Jackson is a poorly informed comparison. Stone worked with Farmer for a year and Stone made Farmer sound good. Stone can make almost anyone sound good I suspect.

I'll never forget when Stone stepped in last second to help Chris Singelton out a few seasons ago. He made Chris sound polished as a play by play man with very little work.

That was a really fun broadcast. I love hearing Wimpy.

Today's broadcast was amazing. Hawk & Wimpy have such a great chemistry. Stone is a great analyst, but for me, there's nothing like the tandem of Hawk & Wimpy; maybe because they're the broadcast team I grew up with.

I can think of a rather significant exception.

Well, they both do have pretty big egos, although I like both for different reasons.

I miss Paciorek in the booth and really liked hearing their broadcast yesterday. Wimpy's self deprecating humor, keeping things light during the game, and ability to deal with Hawk's ego are some of the things I think made Wimpy a good guy in general, and to team with Hawk.

I didn't realize how much I missed Wimpy's cackle!!
