Former Sox minor leaguer suspended 50 games for refusing drug test

Meet Justin Dowdy, who just signed with an independent minor league team for the 2012 season. He has been suspended by MLB and will have to serve that suspension if he ever reaches the affiliated minor leagues again. They say he refused to submit to a drug test. He says they went to the wrong address.
