Union has done this once before ( White Sox ) but lost case.

Just another example of Jeffrey Luria's operation! Maximize profit, screw the fans and players then sell or run out of town. But, remember the auto dealer seems to have his back.

Loria forced Selig's hand the first time around, he was going to file bankruptcy in Canadian court, and Selig did not think that was in the best interest of the league.

He also was going to sue Selig on contraction and then MLB had to find a buyer for the Marlins when John Henry was given the Red Sox.
