Lol.

No.

Trading Storen for Dunn is fireable offense.

Perhaps somebody's version of a joke?

It can't be true because if the Nats actually wanted Dunn, the Sox would gladly just give him to Washington to not have to pay 44 mil over the next 3 years.

Good luck finding that second source.

I think it has to be unless he has some sort of problem and the Sox have a lot of cash to send back with him.

A more accurate title for this thread should be "How to generate hits to your website so ad revenue increases"

I will wait for a tweet from Rob Lowe confirming this before I believe it.

There have been rumors that the Nats had interest in reacquiring Adam Dunn...Mike Rizzo confirmed to me today that there is NO TRUTH to it!

Don't trade him now. Hawk told me he's going to win Comeback POTY.

Maybe the White Sox's biggest fan in DC is offering the Nats free rent if they
take him?

Also, I guess the writer did not notice that the Nationals are paying one 1B $8 million in 2012 (Adam LaRoche) and signed another to a contract extension (Mike Morse) 9 days ago?

Rizzo wants KW to sign Edwin Jackson and include him in the deal with Dunn for Storen. The holdup is getting Selig to allow the sign and trade portion of the deal. We should have a definite answer in the next couple of months so stay tuned.

And this encapsulates the state of journalism today: "As we said before to everyone, this was simply a rumor that we were passing on from a single source as we tried to find confirmation." Uh...so how about you sit on it UNTIL it in confirmed. I suppose it is the nature of the specific site, but still how sad for our society.

Yeah except this isn't journalism, SB Nation's not really a well-respected collection of blogs. Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean a professional journalist wrote it.

I'm just sayin'...news comes out so fast that it becomes difficult to weed out what is journalism and what is not.

That said if the Nationals want Dunn back after last year their GM must be insane.

Hijack over.

Exploiting desperate Sox fans for ad revenue, that's just sick.
