I love all three of our current unis. I wouldn't change them for any of these concepts.

Same. And idea 1 is basically the current batch of uniforms except on one he erased the pinstripes so we'd look like the Tigers Part Deux.

He brought back the much loved diamond sock patch in concept 1, so that should go over pretty well here. :D:

I think our current uniforms are great, but the home jersey in concept 1 is pretty nice. I love the script "Chicago" so I'm not much of a fan of the road jersey. Concepts 2 and 3 each had some nice elements, but, overall, were not good.

These are all terrible.

Awful graphics, awful lettering style, awful designs.

The only good thing about these monstrosities is the diamond patch.

Finally, Lip and I agree on something!

+1

I also hate the cap in 1.0 which uses the 1976-1986 era block SOX logo. I always thought those caps were generic and ugly. Why would they ditch the old English logo on the cap for that?

If they never change the uniform again I wouldn't complain.

Although I would support totalitarian enforcement of stirrups.

I agree with this. Wear the home whites more, too! Maybe they will now that Buehrle is gone.

Not quite. Tigers don't have numbers on the front, stripes or patches on the sleeve or trim on the numbers and logo.

Positives: Diamond sock patch, stirrups.

Negatives: Everything else.

As someone else said, I wouldn't trade the current uniforms for any of these. But I guess it provides fun subject matter.

Part Duex is never quite as good as Part Une.

And Toy Story 3 was the best of three IMO

A little know Tiger uni fact.... the "D" on their hat is not the same as the "D" on their jersey.

The "walking socks" concept in #2 is straight-up atrocious.

I actually rather like the pinstripe-less look in #1, but the lack of trim isn't an improvement.

All in all, I see no reason to alter our current unis, aside from reinstating the diamond sock patch, obviously.

Also, why we still haven't added the Chicago flag to our uniforms in some fashion remains a mystery to me.

Right. And the Yankees interlocked "NY" comes in at least two different versions (though not as pronounced a difference as Detroit's).

Same here, I can't see anything worth changing.
