Tommy John as a pitching coach. I don't know why this guy is stuck in the booth doing minor league games. Every time I hear him speak he relates a wealth of knowledge. He seems to know about our pitchers on all levels of the organization. I know he has coached in the past and is a former White Sox who is currently in the organization. Has he said he doesn't want to coach, because he always seemed like an obvious choice to me.

I wouldn't mind having the Stone Pony in here either (even though he was with the Cubs for so long).

I have to say no on Steve Stone, just because of the "Stone Pony" nickname. It's so terrible...

I believe Tommy is working for the 'Spos now.

He is the pitching coach for the Expos AA team.
