One suggestion, though. If the Sox were to adopt it for next year's marketing campaign, you would need one important addition.

At the bottom of the picture, amongst all fans in the seats, a giant speech balloon would rise exclaiming, "AND IT'S ALL OUR FAULT!!!"

I don't know if the metaphor was intentional, but I like the "stuck in childhood" image. The Sox never grow up. They are constantly dumping their "grown up" veterans and bring up "kid" players to take their slot. Weren't the group of kids who followed Pan called "The Lost Boys"? Sounds like a winning slogan if you ask me...

Personally, I would have made JR into Captain Hook though...
