Someone please count the runs according to the ESPN summary below...

-K Lofton homered to right.

KANSAS CITY 1ST
-R Ibanez doubled to left center, L Alicea scored.

CHICAGO SOX 2ND
-R Clayton doubled to right center, J Liefer and P Konerko scored, R Clayton to third on error by right fielder A Guiel.

CHICAGO SOX 3RD
-P Konerko hit a ground rule double to deep right center, M Ordonez scored.

KANSAS CITY 5TH
-B Berger homered to left center.

KANSAS CITY 9TH
-C Beltran homered to left.
-M Tucker homered to right, R Ibanez scored.

Did anyone else count 4 runs scored by the Sox..? If yes.. can someone tell me why the score on ESPN says this then..:

Final 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 R H E
Chicago Sox 1 2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 3 10 0
Kansas City 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 3 5 8

Shouldn't the score be 5-4 KC?

I believe that the double by PK didn't score Magglio. But that's just a complete guess since I didn't see the game.

Yeah I saw that too. The Konerko double scoring Maggs is a mistake. Luckily, I forgot we had a day game today and didn't "watch" the game on Gamecast. God, this season has become so pathetic that I can't even remember what time the games start anymore. Although I'm long past the point where I get really upset about the way we lose. Sox games are like watching a freakshow more than anything now.
