It happens about 34 seconds in. Even though it's winter ball, could he face discipline for his actions in MLB?

Well that was certainly a bit more than a shove. He basically hit (or stiff-armed) him in the face - with an open hand.

This will be very interesting to see if MLB does anything about it. I have no idea if they can or not, but maybe someone here on WSI can provide some input on that front?

Torrealba was suspended 66 games (http://espn.go.com/dallas/mlb/story/_/id/7390132/texas-rangers-yorvit-torrealba-suspended-66-games-venezuela-hitting-ump) by the Venezuelan league (which amounts to the rest of this season, and next). Should be interesting to see how MLB/the Rangers respond, and if they'll give him any type of suspension themselves.
