Wow, that would be a shock signing. Why not Wilson? Seems like that would be a better investment.

Wilson's poor post-season is a concern.

Seems like they want to unload Beckett as the whole chicken and beer culture seems to have centered around him.

They almost got Buehrle in 2007, but right now I would agree that CJ Wilson seems like a better investment.

Perhaps. Mark might be a cheaper, shorter investment which could be desirable for them. I'm pretty interested in seeing his suitors.

If he stays healthy, this could put Sabathia well above 250 wins at age 35. Maybe even 275. I realize this is a big IF, but he's stayed healthy for eleven seasons now.
