If anyone's interested. He had his weekly session on ESPN radio last night (AllNight...27 minutes into the show, second segment). From what I could tell, he certainly wouldn't mind becoming a starter again. According to him (and who knows if it's true), he has dropped a few of his pitches (slider and curve) since becoming a closer, choosing to focus on his fastball and changeup. He didn't really want to talk about what happened between Paulie and Frank (can't blame him; clubhouse matters should stay in the clubhouse). He did say that he feels for Frank, in terms of the funk he's in right now. It's tough going out there right now, because the team is just playing dead. They know that they're a much better team than how they look, but they don't know how to break out of it. Finally, he certainly doesn't want a strike. Feels that it would hurt the image of the game (which it would).
