Flowers with a nice 3-run jack as well.

This guy is striking out a lot of hitters. Are we sure he's just an OML?

Let's not bury the lead here.
I thought it was lede, then looked it up and apparently both spellings are correct.
In arguing with myself, I stand corrected.

Watching Santos struggle through that last inning was painful. Just glad he saved it in the end of Axelrod.

Axelrod's got something going. Has he picked up a pitch since his wasting-his-time-in-baseball days? Wouldn't be the first time it's happened to a pitcher. He's a RH Buehrle, as Farmer has said.

So did AJ have to get the force out at the plate? I thought since 1B was occupied that the batter was out. I was confused last night, that was one of the toughest meaningless saves I've ever watched.

The batter is automatically out when 1st base is occupied with less than 2 outs. When there are 2 outs, that is a live ball.

At this rate we will set a WSI record for fewest postings for a post-game thread.....

It's funny how they announced 21K last night. Yeah right! More like 15K..
I think they're stretching the numbers a little bit so they can "officially" reach the 2 million mark.. all they need is a little over 21K for both tonight and tomorrow to reach it.

It's always tickets sold, not bodies in the park.
