B-R's been following this, and has a countdown going on their main page. Barring any rainouts, the 200,000th game is scheduled to be played on Saturday, September 24. This number includes all American League, National League, Federal League, American Association (1882-1891), Players League, and Union Association games (which the MLB recognizes as major league), but not the National Association which was active from 1871-1875 and is the direct ancestor of the modern National League, but it still not recognized as a Major League by MLB or the Hall of Fame.
