The risk you take, especially with those huge posting fees. I wonder how much the Yankees made off him though in publicity and non-U.S. revenue.

I wonder who will sign him after this. You have to think he'll get a shot somewhere in the minors, or at least a non-majors Spring Training invite. If not, back to Japan for a nice comfortable paycheck and a lot of adoring fans.
