I see they both got 4 game suspensions for this. I find it interesting that when Ortiz hits a HR, he thinks it's OK to flip his bat and do his whole routine to show up the pitcher, but when the pitcher wins the battle and tells him to run to first base, that is not OK and in fact is so bad that he charges the mound from the basepath. I see a small difference between the two actions, but it still seems hypocritical to me.
