Good price on the Fisk BP jersey. I can't pull off wearing something that red though.

Never saw that '69 Aparicio one before, That's super sharp... I wouldn't mind an '81 Fisk either.

Visually, I love the '72 jerseys, but I've seen people wear them and they're not flattering.

I always thought it would be funny to have a 1974 White Sox Ron Santo jersey to wear to Crosstown games at The Shrine.

Somewhat of a high-jack:

Anyone know where I could get an Aparicio jersey t-shirt online? (Since I live in CA, heading somewhere in Chicago probably isn't doable).

Thanks!

Or how about a Steve Stone jersey with Harry Caray glasses, to remind the Cubs fans that both of their beloved announcers have strong White Sox roots.

They can always retaliate by wearing a Darrin Jackson jersey, and then steal him away from us to broadcast their games.

I wish the NOB APARICIO wasn't so big, but I'm with you, I love it

People are different shapes now then they were in 1972. If I get the Nellie Fox jersey, that #2 on the back almost disappears.

Those are all very nice. Now, if I only had money...:(:

I'd buy one in a heartbeat if they ever decided to offer a few more names. I love Fisk as much as anyone else but he only wore that jersey for one season.

I'd buy a Francisco Barrios. Now THAT would be cool!

I bought the '69 Luis away jersey about 6 years ago. The quality is remarkable, but you have to ask yourself - how often would you wear short sleeve wool?

I've worn my 1917 (three quarter sleeve) to the park for temperatures between 65 and 85. Wool fabric actually breathes well, and wicks away perspiration, so it's not as bad as you think at 80+. It's quite warm at 65.
