"Am I looking to do something else? Yes. Or go somewhere else? Very much so."
OF Chris Singleton to the Daily Southtown

OF Chris Singleton is the odd man out in the outfield, now that Aaron Rowand has arrived and is playing well. "I hope Aaron plays well," Singleton told the Daily Southtown. "I really do. Through him playing well, it gives me an opportunity in other ways. This center field job out there is not the only center field job in the game."

Well, who didn't see Chris getting run out of town? If not by Rowand this year, then by Borchard after the threat of a work stoppage is cleared.

I don't think the question any more is, "Is Chris going somewhere in the off-season?" The question now is, "Where is he going and what can we get in return?"

The last thing the Rockies need is ANOTHER outfielder. They already have Walker, Juan Pierre, in the bigs Alex Ochoa as well as guys like Robin Jennings and Daryl Hamilton in Colorado Springs.

I wasn't being serious. I'd like to send him to Philly in a package that would give us Jimmy Rollins.
