Adam Dunn and Alex Rios are not the only players off to bad starts....
Derek Jeter, Hanley Ramirez, Justin Morneau, Carlos Pena ,Carl Crawford and Jayson Werth have all struggled so far.
It has been a strange season

Hanley: Head case.
Morneau: Not healthy.
Pena: Not good.
Crawford: Pressure.
Werth: Pressure.
Rios: Head case.
Dunn: All or Nothing FB hitter.

I think for a lot of those guys it's just a small sample size thus far.

Werth's dropoff was pretty predictable, since he got much better pitches to hit while he was hitting behind Howard. No one else in the Nats lineup is that much of a power threat. Morneau hasn't played since July and is one more ding on the head away from being gone. Jeter's just old.
