That's good to hear.
As someone who is super-competitive and who beats himself up over any small failure myself in my extracurricular activities, I can sympathize with him. It's not always easy to smile and laugh when you're slumping and your team is losing. Good on him to see the psychiatrist, and good on Dunn for trying to take Quentin's mind off baseball every once in a while.
