The Boston Public Library is now posting on FLICKR a huge collection of photos by Leslie Jones who worked for the Boston Herald Traveler from 1917-1956. He kept every glass negative....

I could look at old baseball photos all day long. The clarity on these photos is great too.

On the picture of Ted Williams, check out the look of pure happiness on his face.

The BPL has uploaded about 100 more :smile:
No old White Sox yet..but I am sure there will be plenty soon enough. It appears Mr. Jones went to a lot of baseball games.
