Well I got back from spring training yesterday morning --- got to Pheonix on Saturday night then woke up at 5am Weds morning, drove all the way back to vegas and worked a double at the Venetian right after :( But the trip was a blast and I got to see my family.
White Sox VP of communications left us tickets right behind home plate for Mondays game. (why? I couldnt tell ya, but it was really nice of him!).. so my brother, dad and i went. The seats were awesome and the game was a blast minus the sox loss. Lastings played well and hit the ball well.. it was fun seeing peavy pitch-- after the first inning of the game the Sox were walking back in and AJ waved his arms really high in the air as if to say "common guys get pumped up!" so everyone started cheering for Peavy.. it was pretty funny.. My boyfriend got to go with us to the game on Tuesday-- the sox had an off day so we went to see the Royals play the A's who were split squad.. $7 for berm seats was insanely cheap and well worth it.
