According to Ed Sherman the Cubs will renovate your suite at Wrigley.

I agree with the cubs on this one. Why would they renovate all their suites when there is a good chance that they are all going to get completely replaced sometime in the near future? If the current suite owners want the fancy stuff ASAP then let them pay the discounted construction/materials cost themselves. If a company or individual is paying $200K per year then another one time $10-20K charge is not going to break the bank.

I'm amazed that its 200K before food and drink. Suites are awesome. I'm going to be sitting in a lower level one on Sunday for the NCAA tournament. But the game of baseball is meant to be enjoyed outside where you can appreciate the atmosphere more.

It's funny because I like a suit for basketball and football but never for a baseball game. NEVER. Football is more important if you know what I mean lol (weather!)

Which is weird because the weather is part of the "football experience," whereas I find its just as uncomfortable to sit around with 30,000 people in 85 degree heat and just sweat.

lol good point but to me the heat is part of the game. To each their own. At the end of the day, I would rather sit in a box for the Bears and in the lower level for the Sox.
