Once again, he overmanages and blows the game. He just blows, period.

The United Nations is preventing the Sox from winning?

If those four clowns ran the UN, the world would be in trouble.

That was one of the worst examples of how to run a bullpen that I have ever seen. Yeah, the pitchers could have made a play (How do you walk Dimitri Young?) the end result is the same and JM has to accept some of the blame.

What is Keith's role? Is he the closer? If not, he should be working in middle relief. What happened to that plan? If he is good enough to work late in close games, he should be the closer, plain and simple.

At least Minnesota lost too...

No Keith is the set up man for the closer, where is everyone that told me I was an idiot for saying the rest of the league would catch up with his "gimmick" pitch, and that a two pitch pitcher was not worth what they paid him?

you people amaze Me---the way to winning is not waiting on the home run---how did the lowly Tigers beat us tonight---by hitting----not trying to kill everything---blame Ward for that--How many runners did we leave on base tonight

We just thought we'd all take this opportunity to thank you all for not blaming us for losing tonight's game. Each of us was doing a fine job of blowing the lead all by himself. But JM tried to find someone that would actually get someone out so only one of us actually got to piss away the lead. JM looks bad for "overmanaging", and we go scott-free even tho we collectively sucked more than the average porn starlet tonight...

Everyone here is going nuts. The fact is we are under .500 on the fourth of July and to me that has never meant you should consider yourself a contender. We are 4-14 in one run games. Eventually that will get you.

No need to be upset, the strike is coming.

Frank came up 3 times with runners on base. Why is he batting 3rd. He is obviously having many problems right now. Put Mags 3 and PK 4 and Carlos 5. Put Frank 7 or 8 until he straightens out. I still agree with Murphy that he is afraid of the ball and will not get closer to the plate. We need him badly but if he is not going to straighten out bench him, let Leifer or Carlos dh. Wake up JM!!!!!!
