This game was actually on MLB Network last night, but I didn't see the part where Garland got hurt.

Oblique strain is a serious deal. It takes a long time for an oblique to heal.

Since Garland is a "known quantity" should maybe the White Sox try to sling a deal for the (temporarily) damaged goods? Is there some deal that could include Teahan departing (+ cash) in exchange for Garland? Cmon Kenny put on thinking cap!

I'm pretty sure players signed in the off-season as free agents can't be traded until some arbitrary date in mid-May.
