Never watch these games since the Sox are always on at the same time. Same with the games on ESPN or MLBN, aside from Sunday Night.

I'd be interested in seeing the ratings differences between ESPN Monday/Wednesday NIght and Sunday Night. The exclusivity is a big deal, I think.

Boston or the Yankees only make up 6 of the 9 games? Travesty!!

They're playing NYY and Boston in those two games. Imagine that.

How did Toronto sneak in?

They happen to be the team playing New York and Boston on those Sundays? :dunno:

This schedule is basically all NYY, Boston, Phillies vs. whoever they happen to be playing against that day.

Does TBS get kudos for not showing one of those 3 teams every single week? One of the 9 games actually is a game that doesn't involve those teams:o:.....those two unsung franchises featured in that one game? The Cubs and Dodgers. They really went out on a limb with that game!

EDIT: For the Phillies, it's two good NL East matchups vs. Atlanta. Those two games are the only two matchups between two competitive division rivals. They did manage to get the AL champs in there twice - lucky for Texas they happen to be playing NY and Boston in a weekend series :redneck. I'm not saying I expect KC and Pittsburgh on these games, but a little more variety would be nice.

How did Toronto sneak in?

How did Toronto get in twice? Well, on April 17, the Yankees are playing Texas and the Rangers are already scheduled for TBS twice (vs. NY and Boston). Probably better to show the Boston game than be forced to repeat another NY-Texas matchup.

On May 1, the Red Sox are playing lowly Seattle. So, they probably figured that having Toronto as an opponent would be the lesser of two evils to broadcast than having Seattle as an opponent.

That it in a nutshell. What other choice do they have really? There's obviously no other games that could be of interest that day.

No sign of the defending champion Giants?

This is pretty off topic but I never heard what happened to the whole "Fox wants to stop hosting the World Series" deal. Is the Series on NBC next year? ...this year?

What's the deal?
